ID# 30112 – 16,000 SCFM Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
Originally installed on a paint manufacturing process in 2021, this RTO only has about ten months of runtime on it. Designed for 98% destruction efficiency, the internal heat recovery is capable of 97% nominal thermal energy recovery to minimize gas usage. The previous owner’s requirements changed, so the RTO is disconnected from process equipment and ready for immediate purchase or rental. It includes a NEMA 12 control panel with air conditioning and Siemens PLC.
ID# 14625 – 40,000 SCFM Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
Very well maintained RTO that includes supplemental fuel injection (SFI) for reduced energy consumption and a hot gas bypass for highly concentrated emission streams. The ceramic media is structured and rated for 95% thermal efficiency. The RTO is capable of 98%+ Destruction Rate Efficiency and utilizes dual burners for uniform heating and high VOC removal efficiency. The structured ceramic media is rated at 97% thermal efficiency to allow for self-sustaining operation at low concentration levels, and to further reduce greenhouse gas output. ID# 30062 – 15,000 SCFM Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
Initially utilized for a food processing application, this RTO was manufactured in 2020 and is no longer needed at the facility. It is manufactured in an induced draft configuration so air is pulled through the unit. This eliminates any potential for fugitive emissions to atmosphere or inside the facility for an indoor installation. The controls package is NEMA 3R rated with heated and air conditioned panel mounted to the oxidizer and includes a variable frequency drive. The structured ceramic media is rated for 95% thermal efficiency and the RTO is capable of 98%+ Destruction Rate Efficiency.

Originally installed in 2014 on a light industrial application, this RTO is designed for 98+% destruction capability. It comes with a temperature controlled NEMA 4 control panel mounted on the skid, designed for UL-507A conformity with Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC and HMI. The RTO has brand new ceramic media designed for 95%+ thermal efficiency and a hot gas bypass for highly concentrated emission streams. Dual forced-draft fans with isolation dampers are included.

This 1,500 SCFM Thermal Recuperative Oxidizer is designed for chlorinated applications and capable of 99% DRE. Originally manufactured in 2003, this compact oxidizer has a lot of life left for the next owner. Upgrades within the past 3 years include an exhaust stack replacement, new fresh air damper, and new alloy heat exchanger.

Designed as a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system for NOx, this unit could be applied on VOCs or HAPs as well. This Anguil RTO was first installed in 2004 but remains in relatively good condition and is capable of 98% destruction efficiency with 95% thermal recovery. The RTO was originally designed with saddle media for 7,500 SCFM of capacity but it could be upgraded with structured media to handle upwards of 10,000 SCFM.
