Are you a mechanically inclined self-starter who loves to problem solve? Do you like travel and working independently? Anguil Environmental Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for commissioning and servicing air pollution control equipment, including thermal and catalytic oxidizers, scrubbers, heat exchangers and other ancillary equipment. This position includes following up on on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks, as well as diagnosing technical problems and determining proper solutions.


The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of gas fired burners, PLC based controls, HMI’s and mechanical/electrical instrumentation, but Anguil is willing to train the right person. A background in electrical engineering, quality assurance and safety are a plus.


  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineer preferred, however Associates degree in Mechanical and/or Electronics or equivalent work experience or training/education accepted.
  • Working knowledge of business-related software packages (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel), exposure to ERP systems preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking, setting priorities and scheduling work activities.

This is an excellent full-time opportunity for an organized and dependable person to support the Operations Department as the administrative lead. This role works in collaboration with Manufacturing Project Managers, Buyers, Quality Control Technicians, and Warehouse personnel to ensure successful delivery of capital equipment projects to the customer.


Fundamental duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist Purchasing with data entry and expediting requirements.
  • Calculate and report department metrics.
  • Create equipment tags, engrave nameplates, and place purchase orders for hardware and materials in support of Manufacturing Project Managers.
  • Document notes and manage action item list for production and operations meetings, reporting out status to project teams.
  • Collect and report lessons-learned from operations team.
  • Match invoices against purchase orders and perform ERP receiving on a weekly basis to maintain financial forecast accuracy.
  • Fabrication shop visits with Manufacturing Project Manager to assess project status and identify/address project risks.
  • Potential to lead weekly internal production meetings in-person or via Teams conference calls.
  • Recommend process improvements for daily operating procedures.
  • Support the coordination and sourcing of logistics/trucking for capital equipment shipments to customer sites.
  • Create and manage project shipping lists to ensure appropriate components are delivered to the customer.
  • Potential for local travel to fabrication suppliers to supervise equipment loading during shipment.

We are seeking a degreed Engineer to fill a Project Engineer position. This position is primarily responsible for component selection, problem-solving, and delivering engineering solutions for various types of air pollution control equipment. The project engineer must demonstrate the ability to assist the project manager as an individual and/or a team player by performing various duties.


Core duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide technical and engineering resources to assist project managers.
  • Review proposals and customer specifications.
  • Create Process Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) drawings.
  • Generate engineering documents to support overall project needs.
  • Calculate oxidizer energy and total pressure requirements to ensure the adequate capacity of systems.
  • Submit component specifications to vendors or fabricators for quotation.
  • Evaluate quotations and work with supplier sourcing to negotiate with vendors and fabricators to provide products that meet all the specifications within the project budget.
  • Specify the bill of materials (BOM), enter it into ERP database, and submit it for approval.
  • Apply SolidWorks and AutoCAD tools, reducing time and maximizing design accuracy.
  • Review technical drawings against BOM and identify inconsistencies among designs prior to submission to the fabricator.
  • Inspect equipment to ensure it meets technical specifications and monitor project deadline.


Requires a BS degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 3-5 years of Project Engineering experience.

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Continuous Improvement Leader to drive the execution of Anguil Environmental Systems improvement initiatives designed to enhance our approach to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QDC) to exceed our customers’ expectations. The position, located in Milwaukee, WI, will assist in the identification and proliferation of company best practices and will be responsible for the support of an operational excellence culture throughout all company operations with emphasis on sustainable development.


Fundamental duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead, coach, and direct the work of the Quality Department.
  • Design and deploy the strategic and tactical approach to creating a QCD culture in support of the strategic plan and business operating plan, with focus on Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Installation, and Commissioning.
  • Assist in designing new procedures and methods for operational processes through the creation of functional playbooks & standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and deploy the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to Critical to Quality (CTQ) Requirements for all functional areas.

  • Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification with proven track record of results

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill a Supply Chain Manager role. Responsibilities include direct communication with employees, management, customers, subcontractors, and vendors. This successful individual must be well organized, possess great multi-tasking capabilities, and can think on their feet, making decisions quickly. This person will manage a team accountable for the supply chain life cycle and operational support at Anguil Environmental Systems, including purchasing, material planning, shipping & receiving, logistics, warehouse/stockroom, and facilities management.


Fundamental duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead, coach, and direct the work of the team.
  • Develop, manage, and report appropriate business metrics (KPIs) and analytics.
  • Manage supplier base, including scorecard development, performance monitoring, corrective action, new sourcing opportunities, and buyer assignments.
  • Assist in planning and analyzing projects with the project team to establish schedules and set priorities to accomplish planned objectives.
  • Maintain bill of materials (BOM) status throughout project lifecycle and shortage reporting to stakeholders.
  • Warehouse/stockroom organizational improvements and yearly physical inventory count.
  • Manage and prioritize shipping requests for spare parts orders, domestic and international shipments of large capital equipment projects, and drop-ship orders from suppliers to Anguil and sub-contracted fabrication shops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues (e.g., delays in delivery, parts damaged in transit)
  • Implement a purchase order approval process within the ERP.
  • Create and develop capital equipment project procurement plans.

  • Owns departmental process and continuous improvement efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, or similar field
  • 10+ years directly related experience as a supply chain manager, operations manager, or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with export compliance and international logistics
  • Significant experience in purchasing and material planning
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and supplier management/negotiations
