SAFETY COORDINATOR

We are looking for a meticulous Safety Coordinator to join our team.  In this role, you will be required to train employees on safety policies and practices, monitor and update all manuals to meet compliance requirements, generate health and safety assessment reports, and ensure that all occupational guidelines and regulations are adhered to.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  • Fundamental duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Assist in developing safety guidelines, safe job procedures, checklists, and training plans.

CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Anguil is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill a position in our Electrical Engineering Department.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  • Writing programs for PLC’s, HMI’s, VFD’s, and other Control System components.
  • Create control system schematics and designs using AutoCAD.
  • Designing and commissioning multiple communication network types.
  • Assisting with initial system startup checkouts and system debugging and troubleshooting.

MANUFACTURING PROJECT MANAGER

This Manufacturing Project Manager works closely with our contract fabrication suppliers and other sub-contractors, our Operations team, and our Engineering and Design groups to execute the manufacturing, assembly, and shipment of equipment.  You will manage projects in our shops, identify and negotiate cost, quality, and delivery, ensure clear direction on drawings and shop expectations, and take an active role in making sure we are building to our standards and best practices across our fabrication supply chain.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fundamental duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Liaison between our shops and our Engineering and Design Groups for best manufacturing practices.
  • First responder to fabrication subcontractor’s questions on print, fabrication methods, and manufacturability; drive resolution through a documented deviation process.
  • Source the fabrication of new equipment builds and aftermarket orders through capacity and cost analysis.
  • Coordinate the execution of equipment build schedules with fabrication shops and all sub-suppliers.
  • Identify and execute documentable and sustainable cost savings with our fabrication suppliers. These can be based on process, materials, design, and/or supplier improvements, and economic order quantities of standard manufactured parts.
  • Investigate and vet new fabrication shops and other sub-suppliers as needed.
  • Coordinate and source the logistics of shipping equipment to customer sites.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires a two- or four-year degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain or Purchasing related field and 5+ years relevant work experience.
    • Sheet metal fabrication education and shop floor experience in capital equipment background is preferred.
    • Specialty material (stainless steels and corrosion resistant alloys) experience and the understanding of fabrication and assembly drawings and fabrication shop best practices a plus.

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

This Logistics Coordinator position works closely with our Manufacturing Project Managers and contract fabrication suppliers to plan and coordinate shipping and logistics activities for customized capital equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all international shipping/freight activities, inbound shipping activities between suppliers and shops, issuing and tracking freight/transportation purchase orders, estimating freight budgets, and developing best practices across international business units. The Logistics Coordinator will also collaborate with our Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Aftermarket, Sales, Estimating, and Accounting Departments to facilitate cross-functional tasks and communication.

  • Coordinate and issue purchase orders in ERP system for trucking/freight based on input from Manufacturing Project Managers
  • Develop international shipping standards, tools, and export compliance lists

PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a degreed Engineer to fill a Project Management position.  This successful project manager will plan, organize, monitor, and control medium to large-sized capital equipment projects within a cross-functional organization. FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Are you a mechanically inclined self-starter who loves to problem solve? Do you like travel and working independently? Anguil Environmental Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for commissioning and servicing air pollution control equipment, including thermal and catalytic oxidizers, scrubbers, heat exchangers and other ancillary equipment. This position includes following up on on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks, as well as diagnosing technical problems and determining proper solutions.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of gas fired burners, PLC based controls, HMI’s and mechanical/electrical instrumentation, but Anguil is willing to train the right person. A background in electrical engineering, quality assurance and safety are a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineer preferred, however Associates degree in Mechanical and/or Electronics or equivalent work experience or training/education accepted.
  • Working knowledge of business-related software packages (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel), exposure to ERP systems preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking, setting priorities and scheduling work activities.
