PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a degreed Engineer to fill a Project Management position.  This successful project manager will plan, organize, monitor, and control medium to large sized capital equipment projects within a cross functional organization. Monitoring and maintaining budgets, reviewing, and acting to maintain schedules and interfacing with customers to ensure complete satisfaction are important skills required for the position. Demonstrated ability in leading project teams consisting of degreed engineers, production personal and field service staff is critical.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fundamental duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reviews Company proposals and customer specifications.
  • Coordinates effort to produce engineering drawings with subsequent submittal to customer and sub-suppliers.
  • Organizes project review and engineering kick off meetings.
  • Assists in specifications creation of major buyout equipment.
  • Evaluates sub-supplier proposals for completeness and specification compliance.

DOCUMENT CONTROL COORDINATOR

Anguil is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill a Document Control Coordinator role within our Engineering department.  This position is primarily responsible for assisting with the expediting of engineering deliverables and supporting the document control function within the engineering department.  The Document Control Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining Trello Boards and conducting update meetings, expediting engineering drawing deliverables, supporting document control and development of project schedules utilizing MS Project.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Supports document control process and integration into an electronic process and streamlined efficiency
  • Coordinates meetings and maintains documentation for Trello boards – including Engineering Time Requests (ETR’s) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s)
  • Transmits, routes and receives drawings and documents from outside customers, vendors and manufacturing facilities
  • Analyzes data gathered to develop strategies to improve project efficiencies

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Are you a mechanically inclined self-starter who loves to problem solve? Do you like travel and working independently? Anguil Environmental Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for commissioning and servicing air pollution control equipment, including thermal and catalytic oxidizers, scrubbers, heat exchangers and other ancillary equipment. This position includes following up on on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks, as well as diagnosing technical problems and determining proper solutions.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of gas fired burners, PLC based controls, HMI’s and mechanical/electrical instrumentation, but Anguil is willing to train the right person. A background in electrical engineering, quality assurance and safety are a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineer preferred, however Associates degree in Mechanical and/or Electronics or equivalent work experience or training/education accepted.
  • Working knowledge of business-related software packages (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel), exposure to ERP systems preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
