Anguil Environmental Systems, Inc. is a global manufacturing provider of industrial air pollution control and energy recovery systems as well as wastewater treatment technologies.  To continue our growth, we are looking to add another successful, technically minded person to fill a full-time Estimator position.  This person is responsible for preparing fabrication quotations by analyzing customer RFQ’s, technical drawings and assorted specifications.   The applicant should have a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work well within a team concept.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Engineering, and Operations, to quote Customer RFQ’s
  • Work with fabricators on sales general arrangements drawings to generate RFQ’s
  • Assist Application Engineers and Sales Managers with customer specifications
  • First responder to fabrication subcontractor’s questions on prints
  • Maintain product class standards in Visual ERP Systems
  • Assist Operations with budget variance on current projects
  • Focus on cost reduction with fabricators and the engineering group
  • Maintain metrics related to quality and timeliness of estimates supplied to customers
  • Regularly review job costings to establish accuracy of estimates and estimating process


Bachelor or Associates degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or 5 years related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Sheet metal fabrication knowledge and shop floor experience in capital equipment background a plus
  • Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Auto Cad/ Solid works, and ERP Systems
  • Excellent project management, people skills and written and verbal communication skills to build working relationships both internally and externally

Anguil Environmental Systems, Inc. is a global manufacturing provider of industrial air pollution control and energy recovery systems as well as wastewater treatment technologies.  We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill a Purchasing Manager role. This position is primarily responsible for purchasing and supply change management of materials, supplies and equipment.


Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for expediting and parts scheduling/staging, create/issue purchase orders in ERP system, maintenance to supplier database and item maintenance master.
• Evaluate supplier quotes and services; negotiate pricing, terms and monitor supplier performance.
• Supply Chain Management, to include qualification of suppliers, performance monitoring and necessary corrective actions.
• Able to analyze and evaluate commodities, pricing structures and markets; recognize potential problems and communicate accordingly.
• Demonstrates the ability to take the lead on projects, maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Confident participant in departmental continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage buyers through goal setting and strategic alignment of commodities.
• Develop purchasing process and guidelines for consistent and standard approaches to supply chain management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or business preferred and 5+ years relevant work experience (Manufacturing, Operations or Purchasing related).
  • Working knowledge of purchasing and manufacturing roles.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office and knowledge of ERP systems.

Are you a mechanically inclined self-starter who loves to problem solve? Do you like travel and working independently? Anguil Environmental Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for commissioning and servicing air pollution control equipment, including thermal and catalytic oxidizers, scrubbers, heat exchangers and other ancillary equipment. This position includes following up on on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks, as well as diagnosing technical problems and determining proper solutions.


The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of gas fired burners, PLC based controls, HMI’s and mechanical/electrical instrumentation, but Anguil is willing to train the right person. A background in electrical engineering, quality assurance and safety are a plus.


  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineer preferred, however Associates degree in Mechanical and/or Electronics or equivalent work experience or training/education accepted.
  • Working knowledge of business-related software packages (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel), exposure to ERP systems preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking, setting priorities and scheduling work activities.
  • Ability to resolve problems, think analytically and communicate professionally in high pressure, time sensitive, customer environments.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and overtime on short notice.
  • Position requires the ability to be “on call” after normal working hours.
  • Depending on location, position may require frequent overnight travel.
  • High degree of mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal are required
