AFTERMARKET SALES, PARTS AND SERVICE

Anguil Environmental Systems, Inc. is a global manufacturing provider of industrial air pollution control and energy recovery systems as well as wastewater treatment technologies. BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The selected candidate will be expected to perform a variety of inside sales activities that often include working on several active projects simultaneously to meet our customers’ demand, including but not limited to:

  • Quoting/follow-up based on customer requests
  • Research equipment bills of materials to accurately quote replacement parts
  • Active communication with Anguil’s field engineers and customers
  • Costing of components and services using both internal and external resources
  • Proposal generation, follow-up, and order closing
  • Ability to develop into a product manager

CAD DESIGNER

We are looking to hire a strong CAD Designer to assist our engineering group.  This is an excellent full-time opportunity for an organized and dependable person as you support the engineering department of an international industrial equipment manufacturing company recognized as one of the best places to work in SE Wisconsin.

This challenging position will work under the direction of our Design Manager to perform mechanical design duties using AutoCAD and SolidWorks for sheet metal fabrication. Monitoring and maintaining budgets, reviewing, and acting to maintain schedules, and interfacing with customers to ensure complete satisfaction are important skills required for the position. Demonstrated ability in leading project teams consisting of degreed engineers, production personnel, and field service staff is critical.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fundamental duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reviews Company proposals and customer specifications.
  • Coordinates effort to produce engineering drawings with subsequent submittal to customer and sub-suppliers.
  • Organizes project review and engineering meetings.
  • Technical and engineering lead within a project team.
  • Evaluates sub-supplier proposals for completeness and specification compliance.
  • Reviews and approves fabrication drawings and purchase requisitions.
  • Generates regular reports on projects being managed.

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Are you a mechanically inclined self-starter who loves to problem solve? Do you like travel and working independently? Anguil Environmental Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for commissioning and servicing air pollution control equipment, including thermal and catalytic oxidizers, scrubbers, heat exchangers and other ancillary equipment. This position includes following up on on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks, as well as diagnosing technical problems and determining proper solutions.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of gas fired burners, PLC based controls, HMI’s and mechanical/electrical instrumentation, but Anguil is willing to train the right person. A background in electrical engineering, quality assurance and safety are a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineer preferred, however Associates degree in Mechanical and/or Electronics or equivalent work experience or training/education accepted.
  • Working knowledge of business-related software packages (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel), exposure to ERP systems preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking, setting priorities and scheduling work activities.
  • Ability to resolve problems, think analytically and communicate professionally in high pressure, time sensitive, customer environments.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and overtime on short notice.
  • Position requires the ability to be “on call” after normal working hours.
  • Depending on location, position may require frequent overnight travel.
  • High degree of mechanical aptitude.
