MILWAUKEE, WI: Anguil Environmental Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce that they have been chosen as a 2017 Environmental Business Journal® (EBJ) award winner. EBJ, a business research publication which provides high value strategic business intelligence to the environmental industry, honors several companies each year for revenue growth, acquisitions, innovative project designs, technology applications, new practice areas, social contributions and industry leadership. Anguil was honored as a bronze winner in the Midsize Firm category and was lauded for record sales in 2017, family leadership, and its global reach. Anguil celebrates 40 years in business in 2018, and over the past four decades has developed abatement technologies that control volatile organic compounds, hazardous air pollutants, process odors, nitrogen oxides and water contaminants.

“In what is widely regarded as a stable market, a number of companies exceeded the norms of low single-digit growth with double-digit growth or ambitious ventures into new practice areas or technology development,” said Grant Ferrier, president of Environmental Business International Inc. (EBI, San Diego), publisher of Environmental Business Journal.

Anguil’s EBJ award distinction joins several other major recognitions including: Four-time “Future 50” award winner, two-time winner of WI Exporter of the Year, three-time winner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Top Workplaces awards, recognition by the US Chamber of Commerce as “One of the best managed companies in America,” and honored by the Small Business Association with the Jeffrey Butland Family Business Award.

The 2017 EBJ awards will be presented at a special ceremony at the Environmental Industry Summit XVI in San Diego, Calif. on March 21, 2018. The Environmental Industry Summit is an annual three-day executive retreat hosted by EBI, Inc. and 2020 Environmental Group.
